Processing Time

Each order is prepared by hand and typically ships within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the size of your order or during busy periods. If there is any delay, we'll always keep you informed.

Delivery

Orders are shipped with trusted courier partners, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way:

• Romania: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: Delivery available worldwide (shipping times vary by destination)

If you're located in Bucharest, personal delivery may also be available for selected orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all Romanian orders over 150 RON.
• Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Whenever possible, it should be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Cosmetic Products

As AZI Rituals massage candles are cosmetic products intended for body care, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty or was damaged during shipping.

If you wish to return an unused product, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, AZI Rituals will cover all replacement or return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a few photos of the package and product.

We'll take care of the rest and make things right as quickly as possible.
